Uma mulher foi presa preventivamente pela Polícia Civil nesta terça-feira (10), em Matupá. Ela é investigada por favorecimento à exploração sexual dos próprios filhos, de 9 e 6 anos. A suspeita, de 30 anos, teve a ordem judicial expedida pelo juízo da Comarca local, na investigação da Delegacia de Matupá para esclarecimento dos fatos.
Conforme apurado, a genitora se prostituía em sua própria residência, onde as duas crianças acabaram sendo abusadas sexualmente. Ela responde a inquérito pelo crime previsto no artigo 218-B do Código Penal, de submeter, induzir ou atrair à prostituição ou outra forma de exploração sexual pessoa menor de 18 anos.
Ela foi conduzida para as providências cabíveis e posteriormente colocada à disposição da Justiça. (HNT)
